Staff Spotlight – Louise

I had previously work for various companies in office-based accounts roles and decided it was time for a complete change, and hopefully, a more rewarding role. I have always enjoyed chatting with people and helped to care for my mum who had dementia and arthritis.

When I met Mandy at the N4G office we had a long discussion, and I realised this role would be perfect.

Since joining in November 23 I have met some lovely clients, all with different needs, which makes each day very interesting. I feel that many of the clients have become friends as I see them most days and we have built up good relationships. They are always very appreciative of everything we do, and it really is a very rewarding job.
