Nannies 4 Grannies Ltd - Statement about the Corona Virus

Protecting our clients and staff during COVID-19

The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority at Nannies 4 Grannies.

Everyone is aware from the media that older, mature people are particularly vulnerable to the COVID-19 virus. We would like to assure you that we are monitoring the situation constantly and aiming to do our utmost to mitigate the spread of the virus

With that in mind, our nannies, who are all trained to observe strict hygiene standards, have been advised to follow the guidance from the World Health Organisation and English Public Health authorities. This means that they will be washing hands even more frequently than usual and may be keeping more distance than usual from our clients when in their homes.

We are all in uncharted territory but our goal is to provide the best possible support to our clients, within the bounds of any constraints imposed on us by the authorities. Our nannies have been advised to monitor their own health closely and to alert the office if they observe any of the symptoms in clients.

We will do our very best to minimise any disruption to routines but we would like to ask our clients to bear with us if changes need to be made to schedules at short notice and to inform us immediately if they experience any of the recognised symptoms of the virus.
